Ministry of Commerce: China Steel Price Fell 0.7% Last Week

Description:Last week, national steel prices fell by 0.7%.Steel prices fell by 0.7% month-on-month, with high-speed wire, rebar and hot-rolled strip prices all falling by 0.8%.

  According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Commerce, coal prices rose by 0.1% from the previous week (June 3 to 9, 2019), with coking coal and anthracite prices rising by 0.4% and 0.1% respectively. The price of thermal coal was unchanged from the previous week. Coal price fluctuations are expected to decline in the short term.
